What we store

• An anonymous id in a cookie (tt_uid) — a random token, not your name or email.
• Which leaders, parties, topics and signals you open, save, or click through to.
• A coarse country code (for region context) and whether you’re on mobile or desktop.

What we never store

• No name, email, phone or account — TamilTick has no login.
• No raw IP address. Session counting uses a salted, daily-rotating hash.
• No tracking of you across other websites. This is first-party only.

How “For you” works

We score the entities you interact with — a save counts more than a view, a click-through more than a glance — and surface the ones you keep returning to. It’s your own behaviour reflected back, never a profile bought from anyone else.

Your controls

You’re in charge. Use these any time — they take effect immediately.

“Clear” deletes every event and saved item tied to your anonymous id and resets the cookie. “Turn off” stops all new recording and hides personalized sections until you turn it back on.
